I trained at the Kent Institute of Art and Design in Maidstone and Bretton Hall College of the University of Leeds, in Fine Art Painting and Printmaking. Pod press is a small print company established by artists Ruby Green and Jo Aylward. Currently working from the delightful ‘Sun Cottage’ by the seaside in Kent, pod press specialise in screenprints, producing limited edition paper prints, cards, notebooks, and a growing range of printed textiles. Ruby is a trained illustrator while Jo’s background is in fine art. Although our styles are distinct, they complement one another and the pod press range includes individual and collaborative designs.
