My first real meal post LBTL was here in Bolivia where I find myself on a work trip for a couple of weeks. After more or less three days of not eating much I was pretty ready, and incredibly thankful for the amazing offering of steak, veggies and roast potatoes offered up by my friends and colleagues. The Tearfund volunteers here are working in the school and nursery as well as on an income generating project called Mikuni – which produces cereal bars (delicious! I had a go at making one.
