Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Shocking. (Insert Sarcasm). Anybody else soo shocked to hear that they broke up? Yea, me neither. Please.you were a rebound, pure and simple. Precious baby boy went back to daycare today. I hope he is ok! He has just been so sick! Would you please get that thing out of my face? It is TOO early for all that mom. Oh and we had a new meal last night. Baked chicken marinated in a buffalo wing sauce. SOO good and not too bad on the calories either! Links to this post. These are the days.

Wednesday, June 5, 2013. No good news. This morning I was 200.4. However, I will say that I was not as strict as I wanted to be. I did get back into working out so I will count that for a win. Since Monday (wow, two whole days) I have stayed under my calories on My Fitness Pal and have done some sort of exercise. 20 minutes intervals on treadmill. And YA'LL. I had never done the stairmaster before. I could only do 5 minutes! Sweat was literally pouring off of my head. 1 Workout 5 days. Links to this post.

Wednesday, June 12, 2013. As of this morning I was 197. A .6 loss since Friday. Although not exactly what I wanted to see slow and steady wins the race, right? Friday is usually my larger loss day so let's hope. I just feel I have been doing well on my eating and definitely on my exercise. I am still eating a lot of frozen entrees because i want to get my calorie count under control before I start branching out on my eating. Is this what is holding me back? I know not drinking enough water is part of it!

Monday, June 10, 2013. I had planned on meeting up with Holly. For brunch on Saturday but unfortunately I got the stomach bug from Thomas. Womp. Womp. I spent Friday night and most of Saturday.busy. My friend Amanda makes the cutest cookies and she made Thomas "get well cookies" and brought them by on Saturday. How cute! Welcome to Jodi Ford's Website. Thank you for your prayers and support. Very Recently with no warning, Jodi was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer - Adenocarcinoma. This is a very aggressive cancer and cannot be put into remission, but with prayers and treatments, was slowed from spreading so quickly. Jodi continued to fight until the end!
