Apr 2, 2015. We had a wonderful week filled with family fun! The NW Bush family was treated with a visit from a few of the SoCal Bush family - Grandpa, Grandma and Auntie came to visit. They arrived late on Tuesday (while the rest of us were in bed), so Mikaela was the first to greet them in the morning =) What a fun treat for her! While they were here we enjoyed family dinners around the table, tip toeing through the tulips, playing games, watching hockey and running together. Getting fed by Grandpa.

Feb 13, 2015. Little Miss is FOUR months old! How did this happen? She is such a JOY and delight to her momma and daddy. Here is a quick update on what she has been up to. She had her four month well check and got her immunizations. We also found out that she had her first ear infection (and it was in both ears! May 13, 2015. We are now closer to 1 year then we are to Mikaela's first months. Where has time gone? We now have a SEVEN month old baby! Mommy and Me Swim Classes. Mikaela and her friend. Mikaela this month has transitioned from needing to be propped with sitting to sitting all by herself. Here she is showing off her new skills. Momma left Mikaela with cousins to watch her while I went to a job training for a few hours. Mikaela did just fine, and they went for a walk and played basketball together.

May 18, 2014. I have been taking "monthly photos" every 4 weeks. I decided to 'wear' the same thing in each photo, that way it would be easy to tell the differences. Note the band-aids on week 16. May 25, 2015. This weekend we went camping in LaConner for Memorial Day weekend. It was Mikaela's first trip to the great outdoors and she did fabulous! We have a happy camper on our hands. I grew up going camping here with my grandparents and family. A big group of us were here at times over the weekend - but I didn't get a group shot. Apr 17, 2015. And we are celebrating the empty tomb and that the veil was torn! We celebrated Easter by going to church and having brunch there. Then we went to Poppa's (Nana and Auntie were on vacation to the UK), and opened up Easter baskets. I have memories of getting garden gloves and sunglasses in my basket growing up. I decided Mikaela was a bit young to put to work this year :) Then we went to my Aunt and Uncles for Easter lunch and an egg hunt. Easter Dress - Sweater was knit by a friend.
