Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Early on Lincoln would smile often in his sleep. Some would say this was due to gas bubbles or something going on in his tummy. Others said he was just such a happy baby he would show that while sleeping. Either way I loved seeing this toothless grin. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Oh boy, this trip was a while back too. Couldn't tell you when, but we made a quick weekend trip to DC to visit Scott and Amy. As expected it was a very quick trip, but we had a blast! We spent the day in the city roaming, museum viewing, eating, etc. We got up Saturday morning and were out the door fairly early. We jumped on the metro right outside Scott and Amy's apartment, it was easy peasy! The main highlight of our trip was a visit to the Newseum. Have you heard of it?

Wednesday, May 28, 2014. We've had lots of visitors lately (thanks to Lincoln! Adapted from Vigo package (similar to. 1 cup uncooked quinoa. 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved. 1 cup calamata olives. 1/2 red onion, finely diced. 1 ounces feta cheese, crumbled. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook quinoa as directed on package. Set aside and let cool completely. Combine quinoa with all other ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Monday, May 26, 2014.
