Although "The Lottery" and "Shooting an Elephant" are similar because they talk about how society affects people, "The Lottery" focuses on society by tradition, while "Shooting an Elephant" focuses on society by pressure. In both cases the main charaters are pressured by society to do the opposite of what they feel is morally right. These are both good examples of how society gets us to do stuff. Monday, May 23, 2011. I'm going to talk about my favorite subject which is animal diversity and speaks about the characteristics of taxonomic groups of the animal kingdom. I think that is the subject more related to career in this semester, we seen from the simplest animals to the most complex animals and in laboratory we open this animals and identify the differents parts of them.
