Thursday, September 2, 2010. 这连续两天的工作都超忙的。我想，对于一个医生来说，我觉得忙，累并不会是一件很大的事情，因为，只要我们换回来的，是病人的健康，病人的道谢，那么，一切就变得值得了。 昨天，护士突然通知我说一位病人的Sp02下降到80 %，BP 70/50，我看一看他，人其实精神还ok，还能和我对话，给了Nasal prong 2L/min，他的Sp02也好转了起来.至于BP，我发现一整晚他的BP都陆续下降，从昨天的110/70，到今天的70/50，加上K 是5.1，护士就问我是否要一个ECG，我点头，并在同一时间抓住了我的MO通知她.
