Scovy Family at Home: March 2010
http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 15, 2010. Ella keeping vigil by Sean's bed. She would not leave his side until he woke up from his nap! Reading a book to her baby. (copying Sean-one of her favorite things to do). Happy after eating ice cream. (The cake wasn't all that interesting to her). Giving his little sister some love! Or is Ella giving Sean the hug? What a silly boy! Pajama pants on his head and shirt on his legs, hmmm! Reading a favorite book to his baby. How old is Sean? Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Perhaps the answer ...

http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 27, 2009. Apparently many people missed my post on November 17 about our children's names. I started drafting the post on the 17th, but didn't publish it until the 20th. It went on the blog under a post that was actually older. So anyway.please scroll down a bit and check out the post that is dated Nov 17th. And yes, I am up at 3 am! Ah no, NOT going to happen. Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Well, for those of you who have looked c...

Scovy Family at Home: Waterpark Fun
http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2010/05/waterpark-fun.html
Monday, May 10, 2010. Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Thankfully the kids did awesome, as you can see! Thanks for teaching us Daddy! When Sean would come up out of the water he would say, "Eshee wet" and point to his face. We're not really sure how he gets 'Eshee' out of Sean, but that's what he calls himself. And to top it all off the kids did not mess their swim diapers at all - yipee! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Scovy Family at Home. The story of our family and our adoption journey.

Scovy Family at Home: January 2010
http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 25, 2010. Meeting for the first time. Ready for the plane ride home. I don't have much time to post - I need to get to bed and get some sleep! We are home with Sean Wisly and Ella Solandese. What little sweethearts they are! They love to be tickled and their laughs are amazing! Who would've thought that we would be here now with them? It seems like I am only dreaming of their sweet giggles, playful grins, and fabulous hugs! Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Please pray that ours and all the othe...

Scovy Family at Home: Fun and Firsts
http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2010/02/fun-and-firsts.html
Tuesday, February 2, 2010. We've lots of fun the last couple of days. I mostly just want to share a few photos of the fun and some firsts. Last night Breanna and Aaron were playing the piano with Ella and Sean. It was rather loud and entertaining! While Ella just like to bang on the keys, Sean seemed to actually have a little musical composition going. Last night, before the piano concert, Ella was checking out the stairs. I'm not sure if she got to practice in Haiti at all, but she did pretty well f...

Scovy Family at Home: I'm Back! (for now)
http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2010/05/im-back-for-now.html
Monday, May 10, 2010. I can't believe I haven't posted anything in almost a month! I didn't take the time to give it a title, but here it is. On January 12, 2010 our lives changed forever. When we heard news of the earthquake in Haiti, about ten miles from the orphanage where our two youngest children were living, our thoughts wavered between despair that we would never get them home and hopes that we might be able to bring them home sooner. Scovy Family at Home: Where does the time go?
http://scovyfamily.blogspot.com/2010/03/where-does-time-go.html
Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Where does the time go? These two pictures were taken within weeks of each other.aah Wisconsin weather! I'm always thinking about posting something here, but where does the time go? Sean and Ella have been home for 6 1/2 weeks (I think). We are settling into some semblance of a routine. There are days though when I can accomplish nothing other than take care of the kids and get food on the table. How on earth will I handle going back to work at the end of April? 1/21/10 fly Applet...
