Monday, August 3, 2015. Gladiator Rock N Run 2015. I know, another race right? Well if you have noticed, I actually haven't been doing as many! I've only done one this year so far. I did the Inflatable 5K at the beginning of the year and was supposed to do Warrior Dash in March but was sick as a dog so that didn't happen. Sunday, June 28, 2015. Congrats to Holly and Roger. Another wedding in the books! I met Roger in Kickball then shortly after met his lovely girlfriend Holly. They are both rad people and tied the knot last night at the Long Beach Art Museum. It was gorgeous! I arrived about 20 min before it started and dropped off my presie after worried I was the only one that brought one. This guy was playing background music and told us to take our seats promptly just before 5pm. Look at that smile! So happy for them!

Monday, June 30, 2014. Sushi, Painting and a Temple. Saturday night I attempted the Wine and Painting event again. I promised my friends I would not get pissy and hate my painting this time. This particular company isn’t at a restaurant so we opted to meet for dinner beforehand. Lucille’s BBQ was the requested spot. I have never been but heard people rave about this place. I’m not a huge BBQ person but it was pretty tasty for sure! My favorite was the free biscuits you get. We chatted, laughed and ate.

Saturday, May 30, 2015. Shane at the Angels Pitchers Mound. My brother helps coach High School Kids Baseball. The kiddies were selling Angels tickets to the game to raise money for their team. Sunday, December 28, 2014. I thought I would touch a bit on the Christmas. Now that it’s come and gone for 2014. I will admit, there have been some brutal years where I wanted to ignore Christmas and all the hustle and bustle of the holiday madness. Or very anti commercialism and chose to not acknowledge the holiday. Or super happy and loving every Christmas themed whatever. Or even years where it went by so fast I didn’t really notice it. You can’t help but feel it in the air. The energy is in the air.
