Words, Weights, Whatever. Thursday, October 17, 2002. Remind me never to eat two days worth of leftovers for one meal. Especially when the leftovers are spaghetti and meatballs; "moku sticks" (think mexican eggrolls), and a hamburger. I will blame my lack of writing today on such a meal. I hope, though, the one hour intense cardio workout burned at least the calories of one meatball. Since I missed writing today, I'm rescheduling it for tomorrow night. Bought a couple of nice gifts for SO. Loved them!
