Joel and Elizabeth: Happy Halloween!
http://joelandelizabeth.blogspot.com/2010/10/happy-halloween.html
Adventures with our little Annie! Sunday, October 31, 2010. I love our town on Halloween night! Everyone gets really creative with their costumes and the sidewalks overflow with families! So, while I am sitting in my family room passing out my SIXTH bag of candy to our trick-or-treater's, I thought that I would take this opportunity to show a few pictures from Annie's first Halloween. Getting ready to carve our pumpkins. Annie with her pumpkin. Our little lion checking out the finished product.

Adventures with our little Annie! Sunday, August 29, 2010. End of the Summer. Is it just me, or did summer fly by? We had a great time- so many wonderful visitors and a trip of our own to visit family! We had plenty of picnics, took plenty of walks and made plenty of memories as a new family of three. We even went sailing on Lake Michigan! Joel and I are doing great. Work is as busy as ever for Joel, which is a good thing in sales! As for ANNIE-love, she's a beautiful, big, bubbly baby! So far she has tr...
Joel and Elizabeth: June 2010
http://joelandelizabeth.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Adventures with our little Annie! Monday, June 14, 2010. My Nana and Grandaddy used to live in this beautiful home on 60th and Ward Parkwayish when I was a really little girl. For years my mom and I talked about how we always loved that house! It had huge vaulted ceilings in the dining room with tall windows overlooking a beautiful backyard, there was an adorable eat-in kitchen and a great master bedroom on the main floor. It must be fate! I told Joel I found our house! Out of our price range ($650,000!

brownie bites: December 2008
http://zachandkristenbrown.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
A little bit of life with the browns. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. I’m going to change my way of thinking for 2009. . I’m going to become a person of routine. I’d be an idiot not to contribute my new way of thinking to my brief stay in the hospital and my new diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes. . The thing is, instead of getting me down, it has only inspired me to become a more disciplined and effective person. . I realize that routine is not for everyone. . I’m not one of those people. . 160;When I was ...

brownie bites: January 2009
http://zachandkristenbrown.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
A little bit of life with the browns. Friday, January 9, 2009. First off, we need a different title for this if its going to be a wildly popular weekly item (though how "wildly popular" could it be with only 2ish people who read our blog). Aren't reoccuring things supposed to have catchy names that draw people in? And by catchy names, I mean alliteration? Here are some ideas for the new title going forward:. And now: an oldie, but a goodie. Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Monday, January 5, 2009. Kristen and I...

A little bit of life with the browns. Wednesday, February 11, 2009. I broke my husband's heart last night. I was the one who had to break the bad news that ponies are, in fact, not baby horses. He didn't believe me. . We were laying in bed, trying to fall asleep, and he had to go get his phone to look it up on Wikipedia. After reading the Wikipedia entry for ponies, he was still skeptical. He googled "baby horses" just to be sure. I'm not even joking, I think he lost sleep over the discovery. .

Joel and Diana Sims. Sunday, March 13, 2011. Life Sometimes Feels Like a Rollercoaster! This gives me much peace and happiness! I know for a fact, that the most important thing in life is family! They will be by your side through the ups and downs of life! I have always loved this quote:. To us, family means putting your arms around each other and being there. Barbara Bush. It does sometimes feel like a rollercoaster- but I'll admit- I've always loved them! Posted by Diana Sims. Monday, August 30, 2010.

cannons
The misadventures of Joel, Emily and Truman Cannon. Sunday, January 3, 2010. The past six months. Wow six months since my last post, really? I think that is my longest stretch ever! You would think i'd have a REALLY good excuse as to why i haven't posted, but i'm afraid it is just laziness! Honestly though, i'm sure a lot has happened in the past six months, but in retrospect, i'm having a hard time remembering all of it! This might be the shortest six month summary ever! November: i became an aunt!
And We Got Older

Joel and Emily | Living in the Middle East
One of the Hardest Parts about Living Overseas. I knew when balled like a baby when we said goodbye to family two and a half years ago that one of the hardest parts about living overseas would be being separated from family members. I don’t cry often, but even the day after we said goodbye I was barely keeping it together thinking about my grandparents. On Apr 23, 2015 in Blog. Comments Off on One of the Hardest Parts about Living Overseas. Can I Give You a Ride Somewhere? A little background: we donR...
