As many of you know, a couple weeks ago we observed the Thanksgiving holiday-a time to celebrate family, food and shopping. It was a busy week for me-you already know about my court experience-plus my family was coming out to do Turkey Day at my house! Wednesday, November 26th. The long, slow slide: October 2008
http://thelongslowslide.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
The long, slow slide. Friday, October 31, 2008. How is this all supposed to start? 1 Clean my room (pretty self explanatory, I think). 2 Figure out school (finishing seems too daunting a task right now). 3 Find a job that excites me (again, self explanatory-not that I don't like the whole social services shtick). 4 Be more spiritually proactive (I really need to turn things over to the Lord, but I don't like not being in control-again a Scorpio thing). But there is one little piece of information that I often leave out, simply because it makes me sound/feel like a wuss.I hate snow and really cold weather! Am I a whiner? Yeah, sort of. Am I upset to be missing 2-3 days of work? Oh, and in case I don't post before then.Merr...

The long, slow slide: I can't think of a title for this post...
http://thelongslowslide.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-cant-think-of-title-for-this-post.html
The long, slow slide. Monday, January 5, 2009. I can't think of a title for this post. I feel like such a slacker.I haven't written anything in forever, so here goes. First piece of big news-I BOUGHT A CAR. I'm like an adult now. It's so weird-I keep having dreams that I crash it into things or that it falls apart. This is the first car that I've actually bought myself, and it's the first time I've had a car payment. It is a sweet little red mazda and so far, I love it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Assembly required" may be my favorite two word phrase ever! Now, I'm an independent, intelligent, 24-year old woman. I pay my own bills, take care of myself-I even assemble my own furniture. That said.Ikea was not made for single shoppers! It's enough to drive a girl to a marriage of convenience! What do those other girls do? Perfect for storing jewelry.

The long, slow slide. Saturday, December 27, 2008. Wake up, little Suzie, wake up. The first car I ever owned was a white Toyota Tercel. I "bought" it from my Grandma and my favorite feature was the I Heart Granny's Buffet bumper sticker. Actually, it was a pretty fun car-I wish I still had it. Unfortunately, it was on its last legs and died within a year or so. Tuesday, December 23, 2008. Effing Winter Wonderland, my ass. My stock answer is as follows:. Well, I don't really like super hot weather, eithe...
