I may be through with the past but the past ain't through with me. Thursday 02.25.2010. This will be the last WOD for this week. Friday evening I will be heading out to Mars Hill in Seattle to hear John Piper speak for “a night of Gospel preaching”. Http:/ www.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,1884779 1884782 1884760,00.html. Even our society is recognizing the resurgence. TIME recognizes it as number 3 on the list. Woot! I would first like to give a shout out to my friend Josh Tom. Who tried CrossFit for the first time today. Before I hit my goal of losing 140 and weighing around 245. Today’s WOD was team style. I often rely on the postings on the website to remind me of the WOD and my time, but the warm up is often not in the picture. But this warm up was nothing out of the ordinary.
