JOEL WAREING
Joel’s practice is focussed on body language and the interaction of people within urban environments. Paintings are made from sketches and photographs taken on location and created out of a desire to translate an atmosphere within the painted image. Paint is used as a way to get closer to an actual experience of a place, a vehicle for transferring emotions that a photograph might not give you. E-mail - art@joelwareing.co.uk.

I think we can even say that our conceptual idea to present something more then just what a design would look like in 3D, like traditional architectural visualisation, is a form of conflict. Images taken from http:/ 2dk.org. In our case the quality of our work directly influences our reward or marks, which is understandable alth...

I began with film- then journalism at NYU- -and after assisting editorial and advertising photographers, started shooting movie stills in New York. Always liked capturing the characters more than the beauties. I could shoot an actor for hours and found mostly minutes, and owe most of my shots to gaffers who were nice enough to wait a few extra moments to strike the lights. I wish I could have photographed Georgia O'Keefe- now there's a face. Web design by greg. Message Received - Thank You.
