This program is for healthy individuals and is mandatory for those entering into CrossFit for the first time. Class size is limited and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm. There are a total number of 6 classes to be completed in the month. Classes rotate throughout the month so a person can enter the program at any time. Attendance in all 6 classes is required. Here are some ideas for WODs while you are away from the box:. 5 RFT Run 1/2 mile, 50 air squats. 10 RFT 10 push-ups 10 sit ups 10 squats. 200 air squats for time. Susan 5 RFT Run 200m 10 squats 10 push ups. 4 RFT Sprint 200m and do 25 push ups. 6 RFT 10 Handstand push ups and a 200m run. Tabata squats and tabata pushups. 20 RFT 5 push ups 5 squats 5 sit ups. Walk 100 meters on your hands, even if it is 2 meters at a time.
