Llama Walker: He is There and He is not Silent
http://joestaub.blogspot.com/2011/01/he-is-there-and-he-is-not-silent.html
NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST. Tuesday, January 11, 2011. He is There and He is not Silent. Many years ago I read a book by Francis Schaffer entitled, "He is There and He is not Silent." It is a philosophical treatment of the existence of God. Schaffer's argument is that God is real and he reveals himself to us in a variety of ways. However, he may not reveal himself as we would like. Is it any wonder that Christians tend to have a great appreciation for nature and wilderness education? Indeed, when I want...

NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST. Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Photologue of My Experience Backpacking The Sierras In October 2009. The trail up to Bishop Pass was populated with many day hikers. I was planning on hiking about 5 miles to one of the lakes below the pass and then the next day continue my 6o mile loop hike back to the trail head. As you can see, the scenery along the pass trail is excellent. On the left is Teresa, aka "Wandering Hippie" and to the right is Kellie, aka "Hippie Longstockings".

NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST. Monday, March 30, 2009. When I read the synopsis by Groothius at DC I almost started shouting at my computer, YES! Finally, a scholar with more refinement and more verve than I could muster has been posted at DC addressing many of the same things I have been trying to say. But, then when I read the comments by the atheists I saw the same old false criticisms. No change! Thursday, March 26, 2009. Test Your Faith with the Outsider Test of Faith. I agree with Joseph Campbell tha...

Just another WordPress.com site. Internet as a Source of Data. March 25, 2012. In the world that we live and study in, it is undoubtedly true that the internet is the supreme source of information of all types. It can be used as a source of learning about experiences, theories, research and much more and one potential result of this is that it is theoretically very possible to use the Internet as a source of data in particular, as a source of qualitative data. The internet does have its dangers but is fa...

NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST. Tuesday, March 18, 2014. The Top 10 Misconceptions About Evolution. As a conservative Bible believing Christian, I was taught that evolution was wrong and it was an expression of man's attempt to be his own god. I agreed, based on Romans 1:18-23. I was also convinced that it was in direct conflict with Original Sin, which is the basis for the atonement of Jesus (Romans 5). If there is no Adam and Eve to originate from, then where does sin come from? Mutations are "one-offs" i...
