Friday, 2 March 2012. Yesterday we both went to the AMAZING Ben Goffen( http:/ www.precision-chiropractic.co.uk/. Who had a look at our injuries and gave us some excellent treatment and advice. So last night we further iced our respective injuries and then this morning we could both be found in the gym undertaking rehab exercises. . . Tuesday, July 8, 2008. It's been a week now since I finished and it has been none stop since I got back late on Wednesday evening. We went to the cricket to see Scotland versus New Zealand (unfortunetly Scotland lost), a wedding, the Game Fair. And since then Emily has had me busy in the garden. Driving back up the road it really brought home how far some of the days were and how high some of the hills were. Thank you to everyone who sponsored me;. And the Smiley Milers.
