Yates Family: One Day at a Time: December 2010
http://yatesfamily4.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 4, 2010. Back to the Hospital. I think we've all lost count on how many times we've had to do this. I keep thinking it will get easier for her, but it doesn't. The doctor thought they'd try something to help calm her down before placing her NG tube. Between that and the Play-Doh, we were all happy. for a little while. We had been so hesitant, and worried for months about her, but seeing the smile on her face assured me that we did the right thing. Thursday, December 2, 2010. I wasn't r...

http://yatesfamily4.blogspot.com/2011/01/ugly-c-wordcancer.html
Friday, January 14, 2011. The UgLy "C" word.Cancer. About two weeks before we had Kelsey in the hospital, we got a phone call from Steve's dermatologist. The biopsy they took from a suspicious mole on his back was definitely melanoma skin cancer, the most deadliest form of skin cancer. Due to the believed stage of the tumor, we were referred to the Huntsman Cancer Center. Wow, talk about an emotional, nerve racking 2 weeks! After another waiting period (that seemed like ForEvEr! Yates Family: One Day at a Time: November 2010
http://yatesfamily4.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 5, 2010. Springtime for us means, watching the earth renew it's beauty, planting flowers, and Steve's birthday. We enjoyed a nice little party, just the four of us. I'm not a very good gardener, but I do like to try! I patiently watch and wait every day, until my flowering tree flowers! I had to add this picture. Kelsey brought these to me to hang in my office. It's our family's portraits. (7 months later, they still hang there.). Courage, lot's of courage! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
