My current work uses a lot of hand dyed fabrics, I often over dye printed fabric, I used appliqué techniques to apply fabrics, couching of yarns for stems and free motion embroidery for detailing. I am best know for my contemporary embroideries of birds, but I am now widening my range of designs to incorporate many other animals and landscapes.
