Are you lookin' at me? Today you are 15 months old. I can barely believe it. You are truly the sweetest baby girl, though you're not much of a baby anymore! You started walking, with some gentle prodding, just days after your first birthday. There's been no slowing you down since then! You're now mastering your running, walking backwards, and sometimes just spinning in circles when it seems you have so much energy and you just can't use it fast enough! Are you lookin' at me? She typically eats some cereal and fruit in the morning at school. A couple hours later, she'll take a bottle. Well, on her six month birthday, when it was bottle time.she totally refused it. She looked at the other kids, eating big kid food, looked at the high chair, and flat out refused her bottle. So, Miss Patsy gave her some green beans! And that's totally what she wanted. She had a little bit, then drank her bottle. She's a big girl now! At least she likes her greens!

Are you lookin' at me? Thanksgiving, Tucson Style and more. In stark contrast to a couple (very cold) weeks earlier in Portland, Thanksgiving in Tucson was dream weather. Per the usual, we had a large gathering at our house with fried turkey taking center stage. J and dad have really mastered the turkeys at this point! I took full advantage this year and got all the help I could in the kitchen (therefore, snuck outside to enjoy the weather! It's hard to stay in the kitchen when all the action is out front.

For the past three years, September has always marked a dramatic change in our lives. Slidewaters closes Dad returns for weekday dinners, bath time and bedtime and even made a couple appearances in the middle of the day. The past two years we started our road trip back to Tucson, but this year we decided to stick around Washington a little longer. I love to slide with Mia.

Mom and I were pretty disappointed on the Fourth of July when it was too windy to go out on the boat to watch the fireworks. Instead of the boat trip we all piled in the Slidewaters bus and drove to Wapato to watch from the beach. The show was great and I couldn’t believe how big and loud the fireworks were. Love to all,. Reese Bronson and Kendall Starr. Two sisters, two cities, one loving family. Saturday, April 16, 2011. A whole lot of chaos. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with GP, Gigi, Grandma Hannah, Uncle Rhett, Uncle Roy, Aunt Erin and Great Aunt Debbie. Mom painted my toes for my birthday. It didn't take Kendall long to break out her smile after her turn in the pool was over. Kendall hasn't fallen out yet. Between tears and screams, Kendall learned to float. It has been missing for almost a month.
