Doug and Charisse (and Benjamin). May 9, 2013. If you are at a loss for fun date ideas, add this one to the list: sportsplex. We went to one in east Durham and had more fun than I thought we would. So either I had low expectations, or Doug makes anything fun, or it's nice to have some alone time. Or all three. My form is horrible. And my hands are still bruised! I barely made the cut ;). The Adventures of Andy and AR. Friday, August 21, 2009. Can you see it? That folks, is a real, live ALLIGATOR! Andy took this picture ON CAMPUS (ahhhhhh! A few weeks ago! I'll have to have Andy post some gator stories soon. apparently they like to eat Mike&Ikes! Well, we're pretty much packed up and ready for move #9! Ok so, a few of those were just across town moves, but still.) One would think that the more you move, the better you get at it. NOT TRUE! Will be riding in the car with us! Life is so good!

Drain me so completely. Compete for my husband's time. Close off some friendships and open up others. Mean managing incredible pressures from all sides. Make me decide which important things are more important. Blur some lines and sharpen others. Make me look young and naive to others. I couldn't possibly have known. But I do know.

The Adventures of Andy and AR. Thursday, July 24, 2008. 70's and 80's Party! After working a crazy week last week and getting tons of sweet overtime our apartment complex had it's annual summer bash on Saturday! We had such a blast! All the employees had to work signing people in, working the games and stuff like that so I put Andy to work taking pictures! They turned out great so we're going to have them all printed off and sell them in the office next week! It was way too hot of leggings that night!

Doug and Charisse (and Benjamin). Jan 27, 2015. Today was simply beautiful. Part of the reason it was so great was that Ben and I didn't have the car so there was no easy way to get out of the house. Most of the time I feel rushed. Like we have too much going on. So today we just chilled at home; a much needed staycation. Ben started off the day by making cakes with blankets and airplane wings in bowls. We cackled together as we ate it like monsters. That inspired us to make real cake! There you have it.
