John and Katy's World. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Here you go Hil. This is my favorite wheat bread to make. 1 pk active dry yeast. 2 c warm water. 1/3 c honey or dark molasses. 5 1/2 - 6 c. whole wheat flour. Mix all ingredients in order listed except for the flour. Add flour gradually. To make a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl. Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled. Divided in half. Shape into balls and cover with bowl. Let rest for 15 mins.

John and Katy's World. Thursday, August 28, 2008. What can I say. Girls want diamonds and boys want Land Cruisers! Gracie and Sage started preschool on Monday. They go 3 days a week for 2 hours. Gracie has been throwing a fit on the days that they do not have school. I guess this means that kindergarden will be an easy transition for them. Dylan is in 1st grade and has a lot of homework already. Poor kid! What ever happened to being a kid? Wednesday, August 27, 2008. I have now entered the blogging zone!
