Wednesday, February 16, 2011. During Shem's break from school we also went to the beach a few times here in Florida. The ocean was a little too cold to go swimming, but we went fishing instead. I also like to collect a lot of shells and Florida's beaches have lots of sea shells, it's pretty cool. This other fish is called a sea bass, we also brought it home and cooked it. Check it out. Sunday, September 6, 2009. Shem and I recently had a little concert date. We went to see the Lonestar Concert. It was a really fun night out. Saturday, November 27, 2010. We had a delicious dinner at our friends house with some other friends and also our friend's parents. We ate turkey, ham, potatoes, sweet potatoes, home-made rolls, corn, green bean casserole, and yummy desserts, including an gigantic coconut cream pie. Check out the picture below. We ate a lot! Sunday, September 6, 2009. Fishing at Strawberry Reservoir. This last weekend we headed up to the Strawberry Reservoir for a fun day of fishing. When we arrived there it was about 6:30 am and Shem took really good pictures of this beautiful sunrise. It was our first time fishing in Utah; and actually my first time fresh. Water fishing. Hali'a's friend, Addison had a princess ball for her 4th birthday and Hali'a LOVED the idea that she got to be dressed like a Princess! We went on vacation with the Jenks family to Bass Lake. While there we visited Yosemite.AMAZING! Our family had a blast! Thank you to Dadbo, Mombah, Grandma Betty, Dan, Annette, Lala, Jeff and Sawyer:). Jon and I celebrated our 5th anniversary in Yosemite. Then we got massages:). Happy 5 years, Jon:).

Jonathan, Aubrey, Hali'a and La'akea. Thursday, March 22, 2012. This past February we were able to make a surprise visit to Molokai. It was a total surprise to my parents. My brothers picked us up at the airport and after breakfast we went to the school where my parents work. They were VERY happy! Hali'a and I love to make funny faces for the camera:). I thought this sign was hilarious at Molokai Drive Inn. Of course I felt like a tourist taking a picture of it while my family laughed at me!

Monday, January 31, 2011. Last week, Shem finished his first semester of CRNA school successfully. We're all really proud of him! Finally, he has a little break from studying and is able to relax. We decided to go to Orlando for a couple of days, which is about a 3-hour drive, and here are some of the pictures we took. This is a picture of the beautiful Orlando Florida LDS Temple, built 1994. Our family was blessed with La'akea in March and we continue to count the blessings we receive each day with Hali'a! Here are some pictures of our year's end. The attack of the crazy-haired toddler!
