Once upon a time I wrote some programs to weave tartans for people to make backgrounds on their desktops. In the early days of the web I created a large and popular site where people could download those tartan files. Years later I removed that site and decided instead to direct users to the House of Tartan. Site in Scotland once they went on-line. Or to another long time collection. I realized that Sawyer hadn't even made his debut on here. It's been a crazy 11 weeks. Sawyer has grown so much. He already 12 pounds! In these first couple months, he has had some rough moments. A little colic at times, but mostly dealing with reflux and gas. I am sure you all wanted to know that! His little man outfit. Duke is always curious. 7 lb 7 oz, 20....

December 7, 2009. First Snow (and other great signs of the season). As I am writing this post, we are enjoying our first snow! Henry has already been outside to shovel, he did not even make it out of his pajamas - he looked so cute in his coat, boots and PJs! Bea and I watched from the door, she loves the snow! I let her touch the snow while we were watching Henry and her little face erupted in the biggest smile as she felt coldness and then watched it melt. We are so blessed. Monday, December 07, 2009.

Well, I've been remembering this last year, 2009.It was a year that I anxiously awaited and looked forward to as I felt that God would do some very VERY important things in my life and the life of my husband. What a challenging yet BLESSED year! I can honestly say, I liked year 2 better than year one of marriage. I feel that through the struggles God has truly begun uniting us to become one!
