Jack and annie have been lucky enough to have their friend "sesi" accompanying "mamaxana" this week . On monday, when sesi arrived, annie rejoiced, shrieking with delight. On monday, when sesi departed, annie got hysterical, crying as though she were being tortured. On tuesday, when sesi arrived, annie called for her, "sesi! Who knows what wednesday will hold!

Beyond ready . annie had her 1 year "close ups" and other assorted portraiture done back in march. technically they were her 13.5 month pictures, but for the second child, it was pretty close! We've been waiting with baited breath for the photos to be ready . the photographer is still editing . and while we haven't received them all, we did get a preview.

Weekend update - sleepover edition. While annie was busy being mad for plaid. Jack was out and about . our big boy went off for a sleepover at nana and grandad's on saturday night. Or, at least on the low lake. Jack, nana and grandad set out in a rowboat for a tour around lake needwood. Wonder if the nursery school has a crew team?

Daddy and jack put out the flag today as we honor those who served our country and defended our freedoms. Thursday, May 20, 2010. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Annie headed to the doctor today for her 15 month checkup. and, our girl was there with bells on . well, maybe not bells. but at least a bow and a diaper. The doctor was pleased with her stats. Weight = 22 lbs, 6.5 oz ( 1 lb, 5 oz).
