I just love to cook and eating is not bad either :). I guess it's a wonderful month for all the lazy girls&boys. You just take muesli, blueberries and yoghurt. and a pinch of cinnamon. Then light lunch: broad beans, tomatoes, cucumber, blue brie cheese, oil of oil. No need for stirring even. Just a nice scoop of favourite ice cream with some handy dressing:). I just love to cook and eating is not bad either :). The dessert most often made by me? No doubt about it. There is something temptating even about the sound of the word that already makes me go and look if there is any whipping cream in the fridge to use. Because in fact, heavy cream is the only thing I never swap in the recipe. Providing, there is "the recipe" - one and original, as I have already seen so many versions of this Italian classic. I just love to cook and eating is not bad either :). This year autumn is rather merciful and instead of cold greyish days it brings lots of colours. What I like most are orange leaves lazily wavering in the golden sun. That's something what makes Polish forests so incredibly enthusiastic even though the calendar cries for winter sleep. I just love to cook and eating is not bad either :). The wonderful thing about October is that my birthday finally comes. And as with any celebration, treats, greetings and lots of wine. This year on my friend's request I've. Made a banana-raspberry cake. To be honest fruity-fruity cakes are not my among faves but anyhow this one turned out to be quite. Nice I layered the sponge with a kind of banana panna cotta and topped with mascarpone based raspberry cream. At least nobody complained :).

I just love to cook and eating is not bad either :). Never tired of ice cream. As it is constantly on my diet I can't help myself shooting more and more ice cream.
