You've made a holy fool of me: December 2008
http://iwouldnotcallthatart.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
You've made a holy fool of me. And I've thanked you ever since. Monday, December 8, 2008. This painting was made watching that 70's show. It was suppose to have a feeling of 70's decor (Lay off I'm not a graphic designer) Lizzies mom made a rug in high school of trees and a sun (which was why I used trees and a sun) I don't know if it was made in the 70's but I liked the way it looked. So, thanks Chris! How hard is it going to be to love our neighbors in heaven? Monday, December 1, 2008. This was the big...

You've made a holy fool of me: God my God
http://iwouldnotcallthatart.blogspot.com/2009/03/god-my-god.html
You've made a holy fool of me. And I've thanked you ever since. Monday, March 16, 2009. THis painting was inspired by a lyric in a Manchester Orchestra song, "God my God where have you been? I was originally going to write those words on each of the lines, but I haven't yet, so we'll see. Anyone have an opinion? No words. that's my opinion. This one is probably my favorite so far. I'm not sure why, but it is. March 28, 2009 at 5:05 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

You've made a holy fool of me: January 2009

You've made a holy fool of me. And I've thanked you ever since. Monday, January 26, 2009. My original plan was to write h a p p i n e s s in one of the rows of red circles, but as I painted I decided against it. Dont look to close, because I started to run out of red paint, so the top row is pretty sketchy looking, oh well. No thats not a nose above the lips, its that small indent below the nose. You've made a holy fool of me: and now...
http://iwouldnotcallthatart.blogspot.com/2009/03/and-now.html
You've made a holy fool of me. And I've thanked you ever since. Monday, March 16, 2009. I find it interesting that the red circle (negativity) is on the right. In my mind, I view the right as being the positive side. Almost like a timeline, because the right symbolizes forward motion. That's just me. I am really liking your painting though! Do the ideas come to you in your head, before you start painting, or do you they come to you as you paint? March 28, 2009 at 5:03 PM. View my complete profile.

It is God's love that moves us and all things. Trying to keep up with all of the thoughts, experiences and adventures. Friday, March 5, 2010. While I was painting other kids faces, I heard Zach yelling at me from across the courtyard. Apparently, the littlest boy in this family, Makila, had decided he did not want to wait to have his face painted, and that he would just do it himself. He picked up a brush while I wasn't looking and painted stripes all over his face! We are hoping to have time to go kayak...
