State Member - PERA Board. What do recently effective PERA reforms mean to State Members? This highlights what I see as the significant changes.]. Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) changes to 2% annually (instead of 3%). This applies across the board to all Members. Employee contributions increase by 1.5%. The State, our employer, increases contributions by 0.4%. There are now two groups of PERA members:. 1) Tier 1: The lucky members like me who were hired before July 1, 2013.

Welcome to my personal photography website. I started taking a keen interest in photography in the late 1980s when my wife and I were living in Aberdeen in Scotland. I was disappointed with pictures I took of the Scottish mountains and of scenes around Aberdeen Harbour so looked into the subject more and did an evening class course in photography at one of the Aberdeen colleges. Ever since then I have been a "camera addict"!
