The personal site of l. john ribar. I got a recipe for something called Scotcheroos from my step-mom, a version of rice crispie treat using peanut butter instead of marshmallows. These are delicious especially when made by a special niece like Julia! 1 cup light Karo (corn syrup). 1 cup peanut butter. 6 cups rice crispies. I had been here before, and remembered the guacamole tacos, but thought they were kinda small. So I ordered two, along with a guac dip for my chips, and a 12 piece shrimp cocktail. But then the holiday season takes over, the pounds fluctuate, and not much else happens. I just like food too much!
