ASU Early Ed Majors 2011. February 2nd is a day when a small town in Pennsylvania comes alive to see Punxsutawney Phil, the local legendary groundhog. Did he see his shadow this year? Yes, meaning we will have 6 more weeks of winter. Other towns have their own groundhog prognasticators; the most famous is located in our very own Atlanta and known as General Beauregard Lee.
