Just A Little Lagniappe. Tales from the Johnson family. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Peachtree Road Race take 5! We're tagged up and ready to go! Alex, Brian and me. Me and my hubby. How's the weather down there dad :). I LOVE the start of the race! The Bald Eagles were a huge hit! This gentlemen was my motivation to get up cardiac hill. And believe me, it worked! Except for the one part around mile 5 that I thought I was going to throw up, that was SO NOT funny). I finished the race in 1 hour and 6 minutes.

Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Court Jester or Ballerina? These were taken several months ago for her parent show off. She has since dropped out of tumbling. I don't quite understand why she doesn't want to do tumbling anymore, being that she is constantly on her head or in a hand stand! She can't get that darn back bend.she's scared to land on her head. Sunday, August 22, 2010. First Day of 2nd Grade. Gracie started 2nd grade this year :( She is growing up waaaaaay too fast! It seems like she has changed from a toddler to an almost tween overnight. She's such a sweet girl, even with all her drama. She has definitely come into her own fashion sense, which unfortunately we don't share. I so want her to have her own style, I just have to keep it in check sometimes! I'm worn out just thinking about it. Oh and lets not forget all that 2nd grade homework!

Thursday, May 21, 2009. We have some Tennis Stars in the Family. My niece, Leah and my nephew, Jared are both on the tennis team at their high school. They both had a WONDERFUL WINNING season this year! Here is a picture of Leah with her tennis partner after winning All District. I know that Jared won an award too, but I don't have any pictures! When we went home for Easter we were able to go to one of their matches. They won of course! Gracie was only interested for about a minute. Lee Lee and Gracie.

Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Gracie asked for a sleepover for her 7th birthday party.
