February 23, 2013. Scullins come see us! We were so grateful to the Scullins who made the drive up from Southern Cali to see us. They are work-oholics so could only come for a day and a half….,but it was really great to see them anyway and we tried to make the best of our one full Saturday with them! We were exhausted as the adrenalin was wearing off after a week on the time change from Europe, and we had colds that were keeping us up in the night, so we were pooped out. We all still got it going on!

November 15, 2013. Such a gorgeous time of year in Germany. As we drove to Amsterdam area, we passed numerous fields, trees and villages, in all their fall splendor. I couldn’t help but pull over for some shots of the above village! After a day at Duinrell, we headed into downtown Amsterdam for some sightseeing. First stop was the Vincent Van Gogh Art Museum which we had tickets and an entrance time for. Which was fortuitous timing since it started raining as we walked up. More bikes…….

Friday, January 2, 2015. Park City - Day 2. A day of fun on the boat and on the beach (well. on the rocks. Next year we'll all be purchasing Keens before the family reunion.) Our girls love the water and all love being on the boat. Friday, December 25, 2009. Christmas breakfast was great but we only have it once a year so I savored it this morning. One of my favorite drinks is Eggnog but we only get to drink it at Christmas time. . I spent the afternoon playing trains with Luke, trying out my toy Story Mania Wii game, watching UP, and playing legos with Katie and Emily. Tuesday, December 15, 2009. I am not good. Sunday, April 20, 2014. We loved being in our new house for Easter this year! So many new places where the Easter baskets could be hidden. The kids searched and found them first thing when they woke up. Then we had our Easter breakfast! Nice not having church til 1:00 on days like this. Wednesday, February 26, 2014. This girl turned 7 today! Then we had some cake. Dan saved the day by making and decorating this cake for her when he got home from work. Saturday, August 16, 2014. The Whiteheads left our house early Saturday morning, and we headed out too . . . . to spend a day at Folsom Lake with my family! John and Kristen live in Folsom, and it’s the perfect middle point for us and those coming up from Saratoga. It was just an easy 2 hour drive for us and we had such a great day.
