Fibre of the Gods. Alpaca socks should wash perfectly, with no shrinkage. You do have to be gentle or they will felt. Wash your Alpaca socks on a 30 C wool cycle with a short spin, or they can be washed gently by hand in warm water. Do not over-agitate. The socks come out of the spin dryer almost dry and should never be put in a tumble dryer, nor should they be dried on a source of direct heat.
