Contagious joy is the evidence of Salvation Unknown. Do you ever have a moment where you feel so blessed that you think you might actually, physically just explode with joy? You know, that moment where you sit still for long enough to look back and see God’s faithfulness marking the journey of your life? Nope Just someone responding to one of the 10 ads I posted on Craigslist yesterday. What was I thinking? Talk about an onslaught of calls from random numbers! I can only imagine how utterly disappointed ...

Contagious joy is the evidence of Salvation Unknown. 8220;Fair” or “Grace”. It occurred to me today that I often look to God and say, “But Father, that’s not fair! 8221; Oh, this is so me–especially today! The bottom line is that this was never my plan in the first place. Whether the adoption happened quickly or we waited…none of that was my idea. It was HIS plan for my family! So who am I to need to know more than that which my Father says I need to know? Contagious joy is the evidence of Salvation Unknown. This scripture came to my heart yesterday and I had wanted to post it as my status, but it was 23 characters too long. :) I love what God’s word does to put words and truth to what we experience and know by faith in Christ! Feeling fragile for sure in this particular season. Then…and here’s the great part….(drum roll….) “ This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves. We are grieving our loss. We are missing that sweet bo...

Contagious joy is the evidence of Salvation Unknown. Confessions of a Mom. Our pastor is doing a series on “Confessions of a Pastor” and I thought that after today, I definitely owe my own confession.🙂. We were in a rush to get to church today (this is NOT unsual) and I had bathed both girls before church. 2 things happened as a result of that combination (rush bath time) =. 1)Seriah going around telling everyone, “Smell me, I’m clean today! 8221; The kid was commando at church! What I hope in… | Rocky Mountain Living

Contagious joy is the evidence of Salvation Unknown. What I hope in…. But those who hope in the LORD (. Will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles,. They will run and not grow weary,. They will walk and not be faint. And as I read that today, it falls fresh on me. I had read a version previously that says, “They that wait. On the LORD shall renew their strength…” and I was thinking, “REALLY? Where’s the renewal of that strength for waiting on the LORD? O Lord, hear my voice. As my eye...

Sharon's depthful Biblical insights. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Think back through the years, it’s fun to recall some of the peculiar things you see in relation to animals. There for several years we had a crippled coyote that would show up during calving season. 8220;what’s such a big deal as that? I do that all the time! You s...

Contagious joy is the evidence of Salvation Unknown. Missing our sweet one-month old boy. My heart is healing but still misses him and remembers him every day. PS There’s one photo in here I love! The girls had been brought to the hospital to meet their new baby brother and my sweet friend had picked up Sonic for them for dinner. Somehow the brown bag of greasy Sonic dinner ends up in the baby’s little clear bed. Guess they thought he was hungry! This slideshow requires JavaScript. Join 6 other followers.
