Wednesday, June 27, 2012. For Pad thai sauce:. 1 tsp Red curry paste. 1 dl Light soy sauce (healthy boy). 1 dl Tamarind juice. Before you start, take the dried noodles and soak them in lukewarm water. Put aside while preparing the rest. Mash the tofu in a bowl and put aside. Roast the peanuts in a dry pan until the get a nice brown color, then mix them with a handmixer or cruch them in a mortar. Making Pad thai sauce. Serve the pad thai with some rosted peanuts, lime wedges and chiliflakes.

As you can see the quantity of spices is less, and in this case i think its to prefere. But, the other one is great also, just use less quantity of it when cooking. 10 big pieces of garlic. One 6cm piece of fresh ginger (little bit more than 2 inch). 1 dl vegetable oil. 1 piece of cinnamon (10cm, 4 inch). 1 muscot flower (buy in asian shops). 3 cardamon pods (green). 2 tbsp coriander seeds.
