After laughing out loud a few times whilst watching it, it occurred to me that my laughter was a result of realising that I am also afflicted with some of these VPBs. But not all I hasten to add. It's quite interesting when we look back and remember how we looked then, in comparison to now, but it is only our bodies that have changed, not our hearts, thank goodness.
