This is my favorite part about doing the whole 30. Actually enjoying what I am eating and knowing that I’m not eating food that is bad for me or chock full of chemicals. May 29, 2015. Now, obviously I’m never going to get in shape and fit with diet alone. So today I started boot camp classes with Bridgeport Fitness. I originally heard about Renea (the owner/trainer) from my neighbor Kristina. Kristina’s son goes to the same school as Renea’s son (the same my daughter will go to in the fall as well) and she’d attended some of the classes and really liked them. Making clean eating fun! After eating not great for a week and drinking more than usual, I’m really looking forward to getting back to eating Whole 30 compliant tomorrow. June 5, 2015. Week one of whole 30 (ish, I’ve kind of cheated this week) and boot camp is done. Boot camp on Wednesday kicked my butt. My asthma flared up and I had a really hard time breathing. Today I made sure to take a couple of puffs off of my inhaler and that helped. Or maybe the workout was easier? Guess we’ll see next week! How are you doing with your fitness goals? I feel like Linda Blair. lol I've been taking my Meclizine, but according to the package, it says NOT to exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. I've taken one at about 10am this morning. Here it is about 2pm, and I feel like I need another one. So what will happen if I exceed the 2 tablet minimum? It's so weird, though. I feel like I'm buzzed. If I sit still, I'm fine. Thinking of Christmas card goodness, I put the flyer on the small desk in my kitchen. My kids come in and spy it, asking all sorts of questions. "Who are these people? Is this baby me? What are they doing? Did that happen, and why wasn't I given the memo? You are not my daughter! How old do my kids think I am?

So here it goes:. 26w (with my little princess that had to pose with mommy). 28w (And yes- I got my hair cut- It's not what I wanted - but it will grow, right? Getting pretty good sleep- until I wake up at about 2 or 5 to go pee. All the time. Allison is a very active little girl. I can even feel when she gets the hiccups about 1-3x a day. I am my kids mom!
