To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing. I am Verna Friesen, a child of the Lord, a wife, Mom and a Mom-in-law and now a Nana! Noah Gabriel was born into Heaven on December 12, 2008. Our 2nd grandson, Zander David was born Feb 7, 2010. He is the light of our lives! Oh and I enjoy reading blogs too!

Life at the Friesen's. Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Happy 2nd Birthday Zander. These pictures were taken last Saturday, we had Z for 6 hours while his Mommy was pampered at Spa Euphoria 36. Dave made a makeshift ramp and balls and tractors had some nice rides! In one pic you can see Papa's head in the mirror! Our toy box is not finished yet but Z already has made himself at home in it! Life at the Friesen's. Sunday, January 08, 2012. In one week this is where Dave and I and 7 other friends. Will be relaxing and enjoying our vacation! Life at the Friesen's. Thursday, September 29, 2011. Wednesday, September 21, 2011. From Jolene Friesen Wall. Quinton Oliver was born Tuesday September 20th at 6:39 pm weighing 5lbs and 8oz. He lived for 27 wonderful minutes during which he had one eye open, sneezed quite a few times ( apparently just like me:) and cuddled into me to get closer, it was amazing! Then peacefully went to be with the Lord and his big brother Noah. Thank you for all the prayers they really helped! Wednesday, September 14, 2011.

As some of you already have heard, Hank and Jolene are expecting a HEALTHY baby girl and she is due to be born somewhere around March 10th! We are beyond excited and are finding it hard to wait to meet her and yet we want her to stay snuggled up in Jo's belly till she is ready to be born!
