Wind in our sails since 1946. The Jolly Roger Sailing Club. Was formed just after World War 2 by a group of youngsters on the banks of the Ottaw. A River for the sole purpose to better enjoy sailing. Our founder's purpose for creating JRSC was to bring together all who enjoy the simple pleasure in the actions of wind, water, and sail. In addition to bocce, we also took them to the zoo. It was a lot of fun; we really enjoyed the monkeys on that trip.
