I have been maintaining my weight without gaining so I am happy about that. I am also going to attempt to quit smoking come Feb. 1st. Monday, February 3, 2014. WOW, a week has gone by since my last post. Sometimes I just can not keep up with myself. This time last year I was feeling so lonely from being in a messed up situation, having practically no social life, and not liking myself to much. Now, my life is sooo full I can't keep up. Monday, January 27, 2014. Today has been a pretty good day. Haven't been able to go to the gym today but that's okay because I've been spending the day with my granddaughter. She's such a pleasure. I've been able to get a lot of on-line work done today so that always makes me feel better. Always so much to do and more to make it grow. So, not a lot to share today. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day. Sunday, January 26, 2014. Turned on both tvs and hit the treadmill. To help in networking the website.

Tuesday, December 16, 2014. A quick Up-To-Speed update. Wow I can not believe how much time has gone by since my last post. Almost a year. Yikes. So much has changed since my last post that I don't even know where to begin. Because of that I do not regret the small toll it took on me and my new years resolution goal I had set for myself. I still have about 2 weeks left to try and at least shed the 10 pounds I have gained back. My job is still going. I have even made a new friend. :).
