The third Weekend in April 2013, I went to Athens, Greece. The main purpose of my trip was to revisit some of the archaeological sites I’d seen before, and to take digital and 35mm slide images of those sites. On a previous visit to Greece, my camera had a catastrophic failure on the first day, the camera itself did have minor functionality, and with my best guess on aperture and shutter speed settings, I ended up with better results than expected, with nearly 200 slides of my visit.

Who is the gentleman who sat for Belcher in this picture? His name is Thomas Jagger, he had retired from the Army as a Sergeant, he was approached by Belcher and was asked to sit for him, he was given the cornet and paid then the princely sum of £3-10s. Thomas is a distant relative, he couldn’t play the cornet and if you looked closely at the original picture you would see that the music sheet is upside down! Belcher gaining the rare distinction, for a humorous artist, contributing regularly to Punch.

תכנון ערים, סביבה ושאר ירקות. יום שלישי, 24 באפריל 2012. העבודות נמשכות והתייחסות… אין עדיין. בהמשך לפנייתי לבכירים בעירייה בדבר הפגיעה בעצים במסגרת עבודות מטעמה להקמת כיכר במפגש רחובות רידינג וברודצקי. והיות והעבודות המשיכו תוך פגיעה נוספת בעצים לרבות כריתה ופגיעות בגזע, (ראו התמונות הקשות להלן) פניתי אליהם בשנית. כריתת עץ שניטע לפני כשנה כמדומני (בתוך מעגל התנועה… אבל למה לא להעתיק? עץ שבסיסו כוסה בערימת אספלט (ומה יקרה כאשר ינסו להשתמש בו? מערום צנרת בטון פוגע בקליפת העץ הרכה. 8207;שתף אל Twitter.
