The beauty of grace. Livin' life in north county for now. I've learned that people have unspoken rules and unconscious roles that were created by their experiences with their family, upbringing, and culture. for example, i like room temperature ketchup. i keep all my receipts until i reconcile them with my bank statements. i am a morning person who is very chipper and talkative in the morning. i love surprises! Family birthdays are always celebrated! He said he put it in the microwave! I tell him: it is ...

the beauty of grace: north county vs. east county
http://millionzillionwishes.blogspot.com/2008/12/north-county-vs-east-county.html
The beauty of grace. Livin' life in north county for now. North county vs. east county. I'm a North County girl where the "C" in county can also stand for classy. Paul is an East County boy where the "C" in county can also stand for country. I drive a VW Jetta, he drives a Ford Ranger. We pride ourselves on our roots. The question: "Where do we have our ceremony and reception in North County or East County? Is a good question! That's the only hall I can think of "in the heart of El Cajon.". A Baby in Asia.

The beauty of grace. Livin' life in north county for now. As of Thanksgiving morning Paul and I are engaged. More details to come! Here are some snapshots of our Solana Beach adventure. Unfortunately some of the pics are grainy because I forgot to change the ISO to a lower setting, but the pictures are fun nevertheless! I saw a pile of leaves and couldn't resist! That is real-life scenery behind us. It kind of looks fake. haha! If only I had a flag! I discovered I'm a fan of bridges! 5 She's super funny!

http://millionzillionwishes.blogspot.com/2008/12/may-day.html
The beauty of grace. Livin' life in north county for now. So I hope you don't mind, but I think this just might become my wedding planning blog for now because that's the most exciting thing constantly going on in my life.especially here in O'side. We think we've found a date, but there is definitely a lot that goes into picking the day and guess what? Most of it doesn't even have to do with us! I don't think May 16th is gonna work for me. So you might have to change it. I'm kind of a big deal.

B E c o m i n g . . . Photographs, thoughts, and observations. Saturday, March 6, 2010. News from AGES ago. Hello world (outside of China)! Yes, I am still alive and yes, still very much in the PRC. China is still big, busy, and full of people. HE is still good. Derek ...

They were married on a bright sunshiny day at Flinn Springs Park. No frills, just the most important things: each other. Amen, to that.

B E c o m i n g . . . Photographs, thoughts, and observations. Sunday, April 26, 2009. She sighed deeply that quiet afternoon, deep in thought. Unexpected words of love and encouragement from across the seas had come, a breath of fresh air to her weary heart. Thank you," she whispered. She is not forgotten. She is very much loved. I can do this," she told herself resolutely. Of course you can," came that strong, familiar, knowing voice from above,"I would not have brought you here if you could not.".
