Here are a few of our camp-favourite recipes. Hollywood Dave's Famous Wings. 1 cup Montreal chicken spice. 1/2 cup Montreal steak spice. 1/3 cup each of the following: garlic powder,onion powder, chili powder. 1/4 cup each of the following: curry powder, cayenne pepper, sweet smoked paprika. Mix together, place in bag with wings and shake, deep fry until brown. Recipe developed by our Chef Scott Savoie). Barb's Key Lime pie. 3 cans condensed milk. 1 cup key lime juice, bottle or fresh. 8 eggs (yolks only).

I join with Bobby Sands in urging you to consider going on this trip next year to Pine Island on the Winnipeg River northeast of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
