Are you ready for an album of children's music that is listenable for adults too? Jon D'Eaux is the alter ego of a Canadian songwriter and musician from Guelph, Ontario who used to record and perform lots of music - then didn't for a long time. He rediscovered the pure joy of making - and recording - original music again when his three kids reminded him of how fun it is. In February 2014, Jon D’Eaux and the Sibling Rivals released its first 10-song album, If It’s Too Loud, You’re Too Old.

My main interest with the album "If It's Too Loud, You're Too Old" is to offer parents and kids the opportunity to enjoy music together. The songs were written by me and my kids together, and it seems like families are having fun listening to the songs together too - which is fantastic - when that happens, that's my definition of "success".
