Domingo, 25 de mayo de 2008. Today, we left Chicago with the goal of Toronto. We drove through beautiful Gary, Indiana, and then through Michigan toward Canada. Ted and I were all ready with our passports to cross the border, but they didn't ask for any identification at all.just passed us through. While we had a relatively short drive ahead of us (about 5 hours), we accidentally slept in this morning until 9:47 am (but, remember, that's 7:47 Utah time). Miércoles, 30 de abril de 2008. On day 3 (Tuesday), we drove from Rochester, Minnesota to Chicago. We crossed the Mississippi as we entered Wisconsin. I'm not used to such big rivers, so crossing the Mississippi and the Missouri rivers was pretty amazing. And, here's the "Welcome to Illinois" sign. Again, we were proud to just get it in the frame. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Grace was born July 8, 2015 at 3:03 am. She was 9 lbs 6 oz and 21 inches long. Labor was long and hard. First six hours really random contractions and still not sure if true labor. Last six hours very rough, back labor, and just hard. She wasn't breathing on her own when she came out so needed some resuscitation. Very scary moment but she perked right up and is doing great. So happy she is here with us now. We have been excited for our baby Grace to join our family.

Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Singapore Airport to Korea. We got to the airport a couple hours early so we could wander around some. The Singapore airport has some really neat stuff.gardens, activities, playgrounds, etc. The kids had a great time running around past bed time. Then a horrible red eye flight to Korea. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. We went to the Tarrytown parade in the morning. It was 15 minutes long which was awesome and the kids got plenty of candy to make them happy. For lunch we had to Phil's icehouse for burgers and root beer. Relax most today the Barlow's came over for pizza dinner and to hang out.then we walked down to the Marbridge to watch the fireworks over Lady Bird Lake.
