I interpret "community" in two main categories: my involvement in the local Oregon, WI, geographical community, and the sense of community that I build within the Oregon School District. Some of his experiences include serving as a Tech Team Leader at UW-Madison's ARCH labs, winning a grant in 1995 to develop Internet-based curriculum (back when nobody was quite sure what that was yet), and serving as the founding technology coordinator, department chair and house parent at a boarding school.
