Brad and Cindi Pearce Family. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. John and Keaton won their third doubles tournament in a row last week in Las Vegas! They won a national tournament in Carmel, California a few weeks ago. Then they won the BYU invitational, at that tournament they beat a BYU team as well as 2 University of Utah teams. Brad and Cindi Pearce Family. Thursday, January 12, 2012. We went to pick up Jordan, in Paris, on July 21st. Brad had a work issue that kept him from coming until the next day, so Jordan and I spent that first day just walking around her neighborhood in Paris. Here is Jordan in front of her favorite garden! We have gone to Paris, it has either been for work or with our kids as tourists. This was our first time to just get to mosey. Jordan's apartment was only a few blocks from Notre. Sunday, November 22, 2009. BYU vs. University of Hawaii! We returned last week from a great trip to Hawaii. We played against the University of Hawaii over 3 days while we were there. They were ranked #41 last year and we managed to beat them decisively all 3 days. Over the 3 day period we won 27 of the 32 matches we played! Tuesday, October 26, 2010. All BYU Doubles Finalists - USTA/ITA regional! The winner of the USTA/ITA regionals tournament automatically qualifies for the National Indoor Tennis Tournament held in New York City! Because it was an all BYU final we received permission to play the final at our home courts! Thomas Shubert and Spencer Smith played Evan Urbina and Patrick Kawka in the finals. The team before the match! We had a great crowd! It was a great match. Thomas and Spencer ended up winning 9-7!

Friday, June 25, 2010. End of Year Awards! We had our end of year banquet to celebrate our year! Thank you to everyone who came to share this evening with us! Michael Eraso was the recepient of the "Doug and Joy Heiner scholarship for athletic and academic excellence! This is given to the player with the highest GPA. Thomas Shubert was awarded the "Harold and Elaine Turley Scholarship for Athletic and Academic Excellence! This is given to a player who shows great acadmic as well as athletic leadership.
