Friday, April 12, 2013. Isaac was so wet and muddy that grandma had to pry his suctioned on feet out of his boots, which had about 1/2 inch of water in the bottom. First time getting their faces painted. Ruby's only last a couple hours. I thought they were pretty cool as far as face painting goes! Wednesday, April 3, 2013. First solid food. Could not feed him fast enough. He kept grabbing the spoon and trying to shove it in his mouth. Easter Egg Hunt time at nana's. This is Ruby's current funny face.

Thursday, September 5, 2013. This was actually at the Evergreen State Fair, but my kids call it "The Goat Fair." That's because their super awesome cousins showed their goats at the fair, and we spent several hours hanging around the goat barns. Rylee even won Grand Champion. Ruby would really like to have her own goat too, but I think she has a long ways to go on convincing her dad to let her! We spent a great few days up near Mt. Baker the week before school started. Isaac's First Day of Kindergarten.

Monday, August 24, 2015. Well, we are one day away from the end of our time here in Malawi. The words "mixed emotions" have never rang more true. When you spend any length of time in a country referred to as, "The Warm Heart of Africa," you're going to leave a bit of your heart behind. Here are some of the faces we are going to miss seeing every day. Oh, sweet Promise. He spent a lot of time on campus playing with our kids. We all love him so much. Saturday, August 15, 2015.
