Coming to the end of the year, I realize out that more than half of my friends are asian and that I'm actually the only white student worker at my job. I thought it was funny but cool that it took me so long to see this =). I don't think I could survive in the States without having internationality around me! I am constantly amazed at how good my classes and professors are!
