Just another WordPress.com site. SEMF (Seoul Electro Music Festival). February 29, 2012. The 14th of January was a date that I was really looking forward to. It was the Seoul Electro Music Festival, a music event that I’d known about for a few months. I was really excited to see one of my many favourite acts: Justice (A French Electro duo). I had to wait for a few hours until Justice hit the stage, but I was kept amused by Crystal Castles and Astrovoize so it wasn’t so bad! Cross - The Justice logo.

Just another WordPress.com site. Teachers day out Gangnam and Seoul tower. November 14, 2011. The end of the school term is coming up in a few weeks and myself, another Irish teacher and the American teacher were treated to a nice day/night out by one of our students parents. It consisted of a cinema trip, dinner and a little tour around Seoul. Went to see The Tree of Life…a movie with Brad Pitt in it which was atrocious to be very kind about it. Too abstract for my liking. Epic seats of the blurry kind!

A friend of mine from Osan (Cathy Huynh) sadly passed away while on vacation in Vietnam. So I decided that a memorial should be done for her. Cathy used to play and cheer on the local soccer team Osan city FC so the team had a minutes silence for her memory. Tshirt made for the memorial and some pictures of Cathy. In happier times…R-L: Anneka, Cathy, Mary and myself.
